About Northern Automotive Technologies
Your Trusted Experts in Automotive Accessories & Installations
Northern Automotive Technologies is Pickering’s 12-volt specialty shop — remote starters, car audio, Apple CarPlay, anti-theft systems, cameras, and lighting for Durham Region drivers. We work out of 1033 Toy Ave, Unit #6, Pickering, ON L1W 3N9, Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00 (Saturday by appointment).
Owners and installers Ray and Justin handle the installs themselves. That means the person who quotes your job is usually the person wiring your vehicle — from Compustar and iDatastart remote starts to Ghost II immobilizers and KYCS Locate tracking. We focus on proven systems, careful wiring, and a clean installation matched to your vehicle and how you drive.
Together we bring over 40 years of combined automotive electronics experience to every install. We focus on clean wiring, factory-fit interfaces that keep warranty-friendly systems intact, and parts we trust enough to put in our own vehicles.
You can see recent work and customer installs on Instagram at @northern_auto_tech, and Google reviews regularly call out careful workmanship and fair diagnostics — including same-day dash cam and audio jobs for Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa drivers.
